We offer a variety of classes that are built to engage and support multiple aspects of your body and being!

Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga I

Chair yoga classes are designed to be accessible to people of all ages and ability levels. While we are using the chair as a support, we will also be exploring ways to manage discomfort and strengthen our body & minds through thoughtful movement.

Chair Yoga II

Complementing Chair Yoga I, this class will be using the chair as a tool to increase the variety of movements we can accomplish. Included, will be standard yoga positions modified to be accomplished in seated positions and standing moves using the chair as a support tool.

Strength Training & Yoga

Instructor: Jason Sparks

Strength Training & Yoga I

Basic strength building moves, focusing on various muscle groups, and mindful yoga practices to increase effectiveness. No formal weights are required and this class is appropriate for all fitness levels.

This class is accessible to those utilizing a chair!

This class is a step up in intensity but is still accessible to those utilizing a chair!

Strength Training & Yoga II

Release.

Release: Trauma-Informed Yoga

Going through life we face many challenges and often we hold that trauma in our bodies in ways we may not even realize. In Release we aim to provide an intentional and mindful space. We focus on breathwork, connecting to our body through meditation and movement, and identifying areas where we may hold onto those hurts that may cause depression, anxiety, or trauma. This class is accessible for all and modifications can be provided.

Fully Online Workouts

All sessions are held on Zoom and are recorded. Members are given access to the archive of workouts so you can join us any place and any time!
